우주 노트(Universe Note, 이하 '앱')는 개인이 개발한 Mac·iPhone용 노트 앱이에요. 이 방침은 Mac 앱과 iPhone·iPad 앱에 똑같이 적용돼요. 앱은 회원 가입이 없고, 사용자의 노트와 일정 내용을 개발자에게 보내지 않아요.

1. 노트와 첨부 파일

노트와 첨부 파일은 사용자의 Mac·iPhone에 저장돼요. iCloud 동기화를 켜면 사용자 본인의 iCloud 개인 저장소(Apple CloudKit)에도 저장돼요. 이 저장소는 사용자 본인만 접근할 수 있고, 개발자는 내용을 볼 수 없어요. 자동 백업 파일은 사용자의 iCloud Drive(또는 Mac)에 저장돼요.

2. 캘린더와 미리 알림

사용자가 허용하면 기기에 연결된 캘린더와 미리 알림을 앱에서 보여 주고 고쳐요. 이 내용은 기기의 캘린더 시스템 안에서만 다루고, 개발자에게 보내지 않아요.

구글·Outlook·CalDAV(iCloud·Fastmail·Nextcloud 등) 캘린더를 앱에서 직접 연결하면, 앱이 사용자의 기기에서 해당 서비스(Google, Microsoft, 사용자가 입력한 CalDAV 서버)와 바로 통신해요. 로그인 토큰과 암호는 기기의 키체인에만 보관하고, 개발자 서버를 거치지 않아요. 다른 기기에서 다시 연결하기 쉽도록 계정 종류·이름·아이디(이메일)·서버 주소만 사용자 본인의 iCloud에 저장해요.

2-1. 구글 사용자 데이터

구글 캘린더를 직접 연결하면 앱은 사용자가 구글 로그인 화면에서 허락한 다음 권한만 써요.

캘린더 목록 보기 (calendar.calendarlist.readonly): 연결된 캘린더의 이름과 색을 앱에 보여 주고, 사용자가 볼 캘린더를 고를 수 있게 해요.
일정 보기·편집 (calendar.events): 일정을 일·주·월·연 보기에 보여 주고, 사용자가 앱에서 만들거나 고치거나 지운 일정을 구글 캘린더에 반영해요.
이메일 주소 (openid, email): 연결한 구글 계정을 구분해 설정 화면에 보여 줘요.

구글 데이터는 앱 화면에서 사용자에게 보여 주는 기능에만 써요. 일정 내용은 화면에 보여 주는 동안 기기 메모리에만 두고, 개발자 서버로 보내지 않아요. 갱신 토큰은 기기의 키체인에만 보관해요. 사용자가 일정에서 회의 노트를 만들면 그 일정의 제목·시간과 연결 정보(일정 아이디)가 노트에 저장되고, iCloud 동기화를 켰다면 사용자 본인의 iCloud에도 저장돼요. 구글 데이터를 다른 사람에게 주거나 팔지 않고, 광고·신용 평가·AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 개발자가 읽지 않아요.

설정 → 캘린더에서 구글 계정 연결을 끊으면 앱이 구글에 토큰 취소를 요청하고, 기기에 저장된 계정 정보와 토큰을 지워요. 구글 계정의 서드 파티 연결 페이지에서도 언제든 권한을 취소할 수 있어요.

우주 노트가 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구 사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 익명 사용 통계 (끌 수 있음)

앱을 더 좋게 만들기 위해 하루 한 번 다음 정보를 보내요.

앱이 무작위로 만든 설치 번호 (누구인지 알 수 없음)
앱 버전, 운영체제 버전(macOS·iOS·iPadOS), 칩 종류(Mac: 애플 실리콘·인텔), 앱 종류(Mac 앱스토어판·설치 파일판·iPhone·iPad 앱)
기기 모델 이름 (예: iPhone 17 Pro, iPad Air, MacBook Air 13 · Apple M2. 일련번호 등 기기를 특정하는 정보는 보내지 않음)
켜 둔 기능: 캘린더·미리 알림 연결, iCloud 동기화, 자동 백업(Mac), 암호·잠금 사용 여부 (켬/끔만)
프로필·노트 수의 대략적인 구간 (예: 10~99개. 정확한 수는 보내지 않음)
오류 종류별 횟수 (예: 동기화 오류 2번, 앱이 멈춘 횟수. 오류 내용은 보내지 않음)

이름, 이메일, 노트·일정의 내용과 제목, 위치는 보내지 않고, 받는 서버는 IP 주소를 저장하지 않아요. 앱의 설정 → 개인정보에서 언제든 끌 수 있어요. iPhone 앱은 처음 실행할 때 이 내용을 안내하고, '보내지 않기'를 고를 수 있어요.

4. 우주 노트 프로 결제

우주 노트 프로(평생 이용권)는 Apple의 App Store 인앱 결제로 구매해요. 결제와 카드 정보는 Apple이 처리하고, 개발자는 결제 정보나 Apple ID를 받지 않아요. 구매했는지는 사용자의 기기에서 Apple을 통해 확인해요.

5. 의견 보내기

사용자가 직접 '개발자에게 의견 보내기'를 쓰면 적은 내용과 (선택한 경우) 앱 버전·macOS 버전·칩 종류, 그리고 답장받을 이메일(선택)을 보내요. 이메일은 답장할 때만 써요.

6. 정보 보관과 삭제

익명 통계와 의견은 Cloudflare 서버에 보관해요. 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 노트와 백업은 사용자의 기기와 iCloud에 있으므로 사용자가 직접 지울 수 있어요.

7. 제3자 제공

수집한 정보를 광고, 추적, 판매 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않아요. 앱에는 광고나 제3자 분석 도구가 들어 있지 않아요.

Privacy Policy (English summary)

Universe Note is a note-taking app for Mac, iPhone and iPad made by an independent developer. There is no account sign-up, and your notes and calendar content are never sent to the developer. Notes and attachments are stored on your devices and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud storage (Apple CloudKit), which the developer cannot read. If you choose, the app sends a once-a-day anonymous usage report (random install ID, app and OS version, device model, which features are on, rough counts and error counts). You can turn it off in Settings → Privacy. The full Korean policy above is the official version.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account to use Google Calendar in the app, Universe Note requests only these permissions:

See the list of your Google calendars (calendar.calendarlist.readonly): to show your calendars' names and colors and let you choose which ones to display.
View and edit events on all your calendars (calendar.events): to show your events in the day, week, month and year views, and to save events you create, edit or delete in the app back to Google Calendar.
Your email address (openid, email): to identify the connected Google account in Settings.

How we use it. Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing calendar features inside the app.

How we store it. The app talks to Google directly from your device. Event data is kept in the device's memory only while it is shown and is not sent to the developer's servers. The OAuth refresh token is stored only in your device's Keychain. When you create a meeting note from an event, that event's title, time and event ID are saved in the note on your device and, if iCloud sync is on, in your own iCloud.

How we share it. We do not share, transfer or sell Google user data to anyone. It is not used for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or to create, train or improve AI or machine learning models, and the developer does not read it.

Deleting it. Disconnect your Google account in Settings → Calendar. The app revokes the token with Google and deletes the account information and token from your device. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Universe Note's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
